When we launched the original BLSTR Sander, our goal was clear: make sandblasting more accessible by removing the need for a compressor, without compromising performance. Thousands of users put the machine to work on wood, metal, and stone — and their real-world feedback helped us see exactly where improvements were needed.

BLSTR Sander V2 is the result of that process.

Why a Second Generation?

The first generation proved the concept. But intensive use also revealed areas where efficiency and reliability could be improved, particularly around material flow during transport and storage.

Rather than making small, invisible tweaks, we chose to fully address these points in a second-generation model — designed to deliver a smoother, more consistent blasting experience from start to finish.

What’s New in BLSTR Sander V2?

1. LOCK / UNLOCK System

A newly added LOCK/UNLOCK button protects the internal delivery system during transport and storage. This prevents unwanted pressure on internal components and helps structurally reduce the chance of blockages or flow interruptions.

2. Redesigned Internal Tube System

The internal tube has been redesigned to improve durability and usability. If replacement is ever needed, it can now be done quickly and easily — keeping downtime to a minimum.

3. Smoother, More Consistent Blasting

By addressing the internal flow inefficiencies of the first model, V2 delivers a more stable and uninterrupted blasting performance, especially during longer or more demanding jobs.
