1. Grit Selection: Only Use Clean, High-Quality Grit

For optimal results, we strongly recommend using Metabo grit. This has been tested extensively and provides the best performance with the BLSTR Sander.

Never reuse grit – Using used grit can cause machine failure due to contamination and clogging.‍
Always use clean grit – Any impurities or moisture in the grit can damage the internal components.‍
Start with Metabo grit – Once you are comfortable with the machine, you can experiment with other grit types, but Metabo will give you the best results.

2. No Returns After Seal Is Broken

Each BLSTR machine is factory-sealed to ensure quality.

🔹 You can carefully unpack the product and inspect the machine before use. However, once the seal at the front of the machine is broken, we do not accept any returns (except for warranty-related issues).

This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, unused machine in perfect condition. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team – we are happy to help!
