The BLSTR sander starts fine but then grit stops flowing What can I do?

This issue could be due to a blockage in the grit feed system. Ensure that the grit container is not only filled correctly but that the grit itself is dry and free from clumps. Blockage can be caused by humidity. Check the feeding tube for any obstructions. Verify that the grit flow regulator is properly adjusted according to the manufacturer's instructions.

You can open the top of the machine via the 3 screws on the top. Remove the plastic top cover (together with the metal plate!) and then you can check the tube and clean the inner part of the machine from cluttered grit. When putting it all back together make sure the small tube is going correctly through the metal topcover AND that the sider (with the 2 pins at the end) is well inserted in the fork above the handle).
