Sandblasting. Without the compressor.
A handheld sandblaster with its own electric motor. No compressor, no air hose.
Paint, rust and varnish off. Into the corners, too.
A spinning wheel.
Not compressed air.
A ceramic blast wheel throws abrasive grit.
The motor spins it at up to 18,000 turns a minute.
Fill the bottle with abrasive grit.
It sits on top of the machine and feeds the head directly.
How long. How much grit.
Test results, not a guaranteed production rate. Your first jobs take longer.
Little things
that make it easier.
Work overhead or low down.
The bottle tilts with you, so the grit keeps flowing.
A laser line shows your aim.
See where the grit will hit before you start.
Real photo ⇄A shield for your hand.
It catches grit that bounces back off the surface.
Why not the traditional way?
Nothing to set up.
Carry it to the work and start. A small job stays a small job.
Where sanding gets awkward.
Carvings, mouldings and profiles take ages to sand. The grit reaches into them, on wood and on metal.

Questions.
Is the BLSTR sander the right solution for every blasting project?
No. The BLSTR sander is designed to complement, not completely replace, traditional blasting systems. It is the preferred choice when mobility, ease of use and rapid deployment are priorities. For high-volume production blasting over very large areas, conventional compressor installations remain the more productive solution.
Can it be used indoors?
It can, with preparation. This is real abrasive blasting, so it produces dust and spent grit that have to be contained and collected. Indoors that means masking the area, protecting whatever you are not treating, and wearing the recommended protective equipment.
Is the abrasive reusable?
No. The grit is single-use: it breaks down while it works, so it is collected and disposed of after blasting rather than run through the machine again. Treat it as a consumable that needs replacing when you plan a job.
What does the BLSTR sander cost?
The machine price shown on the product page is the complete price, VAT included. It includes the side handle, hand-protection shield, ten laser-pointer caps, the manual, and a carry bag on website orders. Abrasive grit is a separate consumable, ordered either from us or from another supplier.
